The Operator Method

The Operator Method is Arun Agrahri's way of building an AI operating system for mid-market companies. Your data and your team's expertise go in first, then your workflows, then AI agents that run those workflows. It is the build order behind the five companies Arun runs with co-founders, AI agents and zero hired employees.

This method is Arun Agrahri's and has no connection to theoperatormethod.com or to any other course or program that uses the name.

Who it's for
COOs and heads of operations at operations-heavy companies with $2M to $50M in revenue. They know they need AI but haven't settled what to build first, in what order, or who builds it.
What it costs
$1.5K to $2.5K to start. A build costs $25K to $100K, and running it costs $5K to $15K a month.
How it runs
Four steps at published prices, starting with a half-day session. The first two fees count toward the step after them.
Who runs it
Arun Agrahri. I build the system with your team, then operate it.

The four steps and what each costs

Operator Working Session

$1.5K to $2.5K · Half a day

We stand up the first piece of your AI operating system live with your operations team. You leave with it working and a read on where your data lives and what can be automated. The fee counts 100% toward the audit if you book it within 30 days.

Audit

$2.5K to $10K · 10 to 14 days

You get a map of how work runs today and what waiting costs. You also get the system I'd build, in categories, with its build order and a roadmap that shows the ROI and the investment. I walk you through it live. The fee counts 50% toward implementation if you sign within 30 days.

Implementation

$25K to $100K · 4 to 12 weeks

I build the system on a fixed scope, in the seven-layer order below, with a demo every day in a shared channel. You get the running system and its architecture and handoff documents. They show categories, not prompts.

Recurring

$5K to $15K a month · Monthly

I run the system and improve it: a nightly self-improvement pass, weekly evals and a new capability each month. You keep a private skill library, your team's judgment written down so agents run it your way.

The build order: seven layers

Data goes in first, as it did in all five of my companies. Agents come sixth, and they run on workflows that already work.

  1. Data layer Your records and your senior people's judgment, in one place agents can read and write to.
  2. Intake Requests, orders, tickets and emails arrive in one structured form.
  3. Routing Each item reaches the right person or agent by written rules.
  4. Notifications The right people hear about the right events without anyone forwarding them.
  5. Automations Fixed, repeatable steps run as ordinary code.
  6. Agents AI agents take the steps that need judgment, and a person reviews the decisions that matter.
  7. Dashboards Leadership sees what the system did and what it changed.

Where the method comes from

I built this method on my own companies before I sold it. I run Sena, Precis, Gavel, TrueStandard and GameTape with co-founders and AI agents and zero hired employees: no W2 staff, no recurring contractors. In each company an agent does the one job that would normally need a hire, and a person checks the exceptions. The architecture is in How I run 5 companies with zero hired employees.
